It will help you improve your skills and understand how to start this journey!

🇮🇹 tips on coaching in the OS #Community from @Mte90Net. My lessons: you cannot over-inform, be open for feedback and everybody likes to be thanked. Sounds easy but as @DaMicheleNapoli's pizzas: not so easy to copy. See: https://t.co/XeamATTczL – love the title slide! #FOSDEM pic.twitter.com/RFFf3YK37U

What is coaching?
We are not soldiers who receive orders.
We are volunteers working together.
Coaching is releasing a person’s popotential to the maximise their own performance. @Mte90Net#FOSDEM #Community

Coaching for OS community:
Everyone works together, you are not an usual member by a veteran of the community. You know your community status and the people of the community

Team work:
Everyone has a role to in order get a task done.
We’re volunteering so we should enjoy what we’re doing and we can enjoy together.@Mte90Net #FOSDEM #Community

You are a part of the team.
The coaching way is about guiding, not judging. Focus on the skills not the person.
We need to get into the habit of delegate and entrust the people around you. @Mte90Net #FOSDEM #Community

Qualche altro tweet in chiusura:
Another #FOSDEM is finished! Awesome to be here for another year with @mozilla and here with all the #mozillians around Brussels! Thanks you so much Mozilla <3 pic.twitter.com/U9IQJfksom
