It will help you to improve your skills or how to understand how to start this journey!
Every year the Fosdem became more problematic because of missing space in devrooms that blocked me to follow the talks but not only to me but also to other people.
.@mozilla to @fosdem we are waiting for you #fosdem2019 pic.twitter.com/MVDEIJT7Wi

We can say that is a good sign because there is always more interest but start to be a problem in the long run.

Coaching for OS community:
Everyone works together, you are not an usual member by a veteran of the community. You know your community status and the people of the community

You are a part of the team.
The coaching way is about guiding, not judging. Focus on the skills not the person.
We need to get into the habit of delegate and entrust the people around you. @Mte90Net #FOSDEM #Community

With what I came at home this time?
We can share few thougts about the people numbers that is growing but also to the bug bounty project of Europe Union EU-Fossa 2.
We can talk about all the talks about promotions and how to get new volunteers that the open source world became more interesting only that is missing a way to do network outside tech conference list this.
Also that the talks got high quality every year more and more and about specific topics, this probably because of internet that low down the difficult to find resources about first level topics.
Few tweets tweet to close:
Another #FOSDEM is finished! Awesome to be here for another year with @mozilla and here with all the #mozillians around Brussels! Thanks you so much Mozilla <3 pic.twitter.com/U9IQJfksom
