After a lot of books about self-help it was time to review about work in tech.
Agile is a philosophy born few years ago about a different approach in plan and do software development stuff.
Everything started with a Manifesto that changed a lot of things in the development world.
This was the first book that I read about Agile after practicing for work and in open source communities.
I chose this book because was suggested in Reddit as one of the best way to learn about this topic.
After all the suggestion was right because it is not so heavy as pages, but explain in three parts how the process.
First of all discuss the approach and the values with principles of this philosophy.
Next is the planning tasks daily, weekly, monthly and yearly that is the core of the Agile way.
Last step is about results with motivation and strategies.
And in conclusion there are cheat sheets with templates and how-tos.
How tos are like tutorial step by step to the various strategies explained in the book, ready to use it for your work.
